Credit Cards and other payments
What payment options do you accept?
Currently, we accept the following for jewelry payments:
- MasterCard
- VISA
- Paypal
We DO NOT accept personal checks, money orders, cash, or wire transfers.
How do I know if my payment has been successful?
If paying by Credit Cards/ Debit Cards, you will receive an email payment/order confirmation within a few minutes. This will include your invoice number along with your order information. If you paid by credit card and did not receive an email, then either:
- You had entered your email address incorrectly
- Your email may have automatically landed in your spam folder
- Your session timed out.
- The card was declined or rejected for some reason. In which case, please check with your respective bank.
- If you paid with PayPal, then the PayPal system will have sent the confirmation email to you directly.
