Returns & exchanges

Returns must be UNOPENED and sealed UNBROKEN on original packaging to be eligible for a full refund and to ensure sanitation of the item is not compromised.  

Returns must be received within 17 days of delivery date. Any returns received after this time period will result in an unsuccessful return. 

Please take extra care when packaging for returns as broken/ damaged items will not be refunded. Mailing the jewelry in a regular envelope will most likely result in damage or total loss when processed through post office sorting machines. 

For returns (of unopened items), contact us via Lauren@internationalbodyjewelry.com so that we may assist in processing the return or exchange.  Make sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return in the e­mail. Please also include if you would like us to email you a return shipping label for a fee of $4.95, which will be deducted from your credit total. If you provide your own shipping label, please purchase a tracking number with insurance to ensure your package is not lost.  We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages without tracking information or items damaged in transit.  

Returns can take 2-3 weeks to process in full. We will notify you via e­mail when we have received the jewelry item. We cannot refund unless the item is physically with us, so a tracking number is highly recommended. The return will be refunded to the original card that was used to make the purchase.   

Our first priority is to ensure that your items ship out as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order has been confirmed, it is sent to our office for processing. Due to this, we are unable to modify, exchange, or cancel your order once it has been submitted.

You may contact our Customer Support Team via  Lauren@internationalbodyjewelry.com immediately to try to cancel your order and place a new one. If your order has not yet been processed, a customer service representative will be able to cancel your order. If the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after receiving your package.
